Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Man.Kind Collection. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this window, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging (where applicable)

  • You must include the original packing slip in your return

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

  • We are not responsible for items damaged during transit—please file claims directly with the carrier

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages when tracking shows delivery and the shipping address was correct

💲 Return Shipping

  • All return shipping labels are generated via our Self-Serve Return Portal

  • A flat $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total

🔁 How to Return

To start a return:

  1. Visit your order confirmation email or login to your account

  2. Click on “Request a return”

  3. Choose the items you wish to return and follow the steps provided

  4. Download and print the return label

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the return label fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Man.Kind Collection reserves the right to update, revise, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. We may deny a refund if any return condition is not met.
