We are not responsible for damage once carrier has picked up your item from our facility. In the case of lost or damaged product while in transit, we will Put in a claim with the carrier. Once carrier confirms lost or damaged, we will refund or resend your item.
- Tracking number will be added to your order information and will be automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped. Tracking also available when you login to your account to check your order status .
- If you do not receive your item within 10 days please contact us.
